Yes, I've talked before about DOMO, but this time around I'm going to be talking about all the different jobs you can choose from. Starting in no practical order:

First up we have the Blade Master, DOMO's heavy physical damage dealer. The Blade Master has the highest physical attack in the game. While they have a high attack, they have low defense, evasion, and mp. Also, all of their self buffs either do damage to the player themselves, or lower defense.

The Fencer is sort of hybrid between a magical and physical class. The fencer's biggest advantage is that all of thier single target attack debuff the enemy in some way. They also have a total of 5 area of effect skills, making them ideal party classes.

The Mercenary can choose two paths in DOMO. They can be an axe/shield merc, and mostly solo. Or they can be a Spear merc and tank for parties. Either way, the Mercenary has the highest physical defense in the game.

Wizards are the heavy magical damage dealers. They can unleash spells that do HUGE amounts of damage. However, their most powerful skills all need at least 1 scroll (or more) to work.

The Shaman is another magic type that is amazing at killing single targets. They have a full arsenal of elemental spells, allowing them to adapt to their target's elemental status.

Musicians are the buffer class of DOMO. They have skills that can buff either an entire party, or pets. If you are a party muse, then you will most likely be in high demand, as musicians increase the teams mp recovery rate, as well as give a boost to both physical and magical attack, accuracy, and evasion.

Doctors: What really needs to be said about them?

The Thief class has the highest physical evasion in the game, make them very hard to hit. They have a quick attack, and some fairly powerful skills.

Hunter: Again, what needs to be said?

Martial Artist have the highest hp in the game. They also have a very powerful set of attack skills. Like the Mercenary and Musicians, they can choose between to type of jobs: Glove or Staff.

Dancer: A very fun class to play really. They have some of the most useful debuff skills in the game. And with the right subs and equipment you can solo AoE on par with six person teams.

Merchants are a very unique class. A lot of their skill's damage depends on how much gold you are willing to spend. While being an expensive class to level, they can easily have some of the most interesting and useful skill to have.
